A GUIDE FOR OWNERS & PROPERTY MANAGERS
Your home in Costa Rica. Your cleaning plan, wherever you are.
You do not need to be standing at the driveway to start planning exterior cleaning. What matters is giving the cleaning team and your local contact the same clear information. Begin with a defined list of surfaces rather than a general request to clean everything.
Explore the details ↓1. Show the whole job.
Ask your local contact for wide photos of each area and close-ups of the finish, marks or damage. Note approximate dimensions, materials and any known coating. Include the driveway, paths, terraces, walls or roof areas you want assessed, and identify anything excluded. Photos help start a discussion; they do not replace an assessment when one is needed.
2. Choose one local coordinator.
Identify the person responsible for access: a property manager, caretaker, administrator or another authorized contact. Explain entry requirements and who can approve changes. Confirm whether water access, keys or gated entry need coordination, and arrange these directly rather than publishing private access instructions.
3. Review the proposal before booking.
Confirm the areas included, conditions affecting the result, final price and scheduling. Existing damage and worn finishes should be discussed separately from removable dirt. If you want completion photos or another form of follow-up, ask for it as part of the agreed scope.
4. Keep the conversation in a language you understand.
Pressure Pro CR handles requests in English and Spanish for residential, commercial, condominium and hotel properties. Send the location and photographs through WhatsApp to start. We coordinate jobs throughout Costa Rica; travel outside the GAM and dates are reviewed for the particular property.
